Après avoir précisé la nature du système institutionnel de la Francophonie et épinglé les nombreuses spécificités qui caractérisent cette Organisation, cet article tente d’une part de préciser les rôles que joue l’Entente francophone vis-à-vis de ses Membres et d’autre part d’examiner son influence en tant qu’acteur global, ce à quoi elle aspire. |
