| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir d’une étude essentiellement empirique, cet article vise à retracer les trajectoires politiques et sociales d’un échantillon de huit acteurs-types parmi les Jeunes pour le changement. Un groupe hétéroclite de jeunes égyptiens, qui profitant du contexte d’émergence de mouvements contestataires fin 2004, décident de créer leur propre expérience politique. Quelques questions se dégagent à travers l’étude de leurs trajectoires : Le fait que ces Jeunes ont connu le même « problème collectif », plus précisément le fait qu’ils n’ont jamais connu que Moubarak comme président suffit-il vraiment à les fédérer ? Comment cela structure-t-il leurs attitudes et leurs choix ? |

| Summary, etc. | On the basis of a mainly empirical study, this article aims to trace the political and social trajectories of a sample of eight typical actors from Young People for Change. This is a diverse group of young Egyptians who took advantage of the emergence of protest movements at the end of 2004 to create their own political experiment. A number of questions arise from the study of their various trajectories: is the fact that these young people have experienced the same ‘collective problem’ – or, more precisely, the fact that they have never known any other president than Mubarak – really sufficient to unite them? How does this structure their attitudes and their choices? |
