Ce n’est pas une question normative, elle ne relève pas seulement de la pure subjectivation des victimes et des bourreaux. Au contraire, elle dépend de très nombreux facteurs objectifs comme les dispositifs institutionnels, les régimes de négociation, les modes de redistribution des ressources, les choix rationnels des personnes impliquées, et bien d’autres encore plus culturels, linguistiques, historiques ou locaux, qui complètent à la marge l’explication. Ici, ce sont surtout les calculs stratégiques indépendants des situations particulières qui permettent d’avoir une vision universaliste en surplomb d’un objet qui finit par se comprendre une fois l’analyse achevée. |
