Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article propose d’éclairer l’impact du climat éthique au travail sur les relations de confiance interpersonnelle. Une étude exploratoire basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs a été conduite auprès de diverses entreprises tunisiennes, dans l’objectif d’identifier les climats éthiques dominants, tels que perçus par les répondants, et de détecter les liens significatifs potentiels avec la confiance interpersonnelle. Les résultats de l’enquête soutiennent le poids du climat éthique perçu, associé à une expérience positive ou négative pour l’employé, dans le renforcement ou, au contraire, dans la dégradation des relations de confiance envers le dirigeant et les collègues de travail. Aussi, lorsque cette confiance existe, elle revêt tantôt un aspect fortement affectif, tantôt un aspect cognitif, et ce relativement à la nature du climat éthique perçu. |

Summary, etc. | This article suggests lighting the impact of the ethical work climate on trust relationship. Exploratory study based on semi-directed interviews was conducted across Tunisian companies in order to identify dominant ethical climates as perceived by respondents and to detect potential significant relationships with interpersonal trust. The results support the perceived ethical climate weight, associated with positive or negative experience for the employee, in reinforcing or contrarily damaging trust relationship to employer or colleagues. In addition, when this trust exists, it sometimes covers a deeply affective aspect, other times a cognitive aspect, and this is according to the perceived ethical climate. |
