| Summary, etc. | Cette étude propose de montrer en quoi l’implication des adhérents d’un réseau professionnel de dirigeants de PME favorise l’élaboration et la diffusion d’une action collective de RSE. Après avoir préalablement défini les concepts de RSE et expliqué en quoi la RSE peut être considérée comme une démarche innovante, la première partie traite du rôle des réseaux professionnels dans l’intégration de pratiques responsables par des PME et présente la sociologie de la traduction (Callon et Latour, 1986 ; Akrich et al., 1988 ; Callon et Latour, 2006) comme cadre d’analyse de cette étude. La deuxième partie expose le cadre méthodologique de la recherche en précisant la démarche collective étudiée, la démarche de Performance Globale© du CJD (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants) ainsi que la méthodologie adoptée. Dans la troisième partie, l’analyse des résultats conduit à mettre en avant d’une part le processus de traduction de la démarche de RSE au sein du réseau et d’autre part les conditions de diffusion auprès des adhérents. Elle met ainsi en lumière les mécanismes à l’œuvre dans la diffusion de la démarche de RSE observée et révèle que le réseau est une source d’innovation car il modifie les relations entre les différents acteurs, leurs perceptions et leurs stratégies de RSE. |

| Summary, etc. | This article aims to show the extent to which the enrolment of players within a network of managers may prove to be a factor in the diffusion of a responsible collective approach particularly with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). After defining the CSR concept and explaining why CSR can be considered as an innovative approach, the first part deals with the role of networks in the integration of responsible practices by SMEs and presents the actornetwork theory (Callon et Latour, 1986 ; Akrich et al., 1988 ; Callon et Latour, 2006) as the theoretical framework of this study. The second part presents the methodological framework by specifying the collective approach which we have studied, the Global Performance Approach© proposed by the “Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants” (Centre for Young Managers) and the methodology used to complete this research. In the third part, the results obtained in the study lead to show on the one hand how the CSR approach has been translated within the network and on the other hand how it can be disseminated among members of the CJD. This research highlights the mechanisms implemented in the diffusion of this responsible collective approach and reveals that the network is a source of innovation in so far as it changes the relationships between the various players, their perceptions and their CSR strategy. |
