520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Ethical research today questions organizations about their involvement in the common good. This qualitative study, principally carried out by semi-directive interviews in a national association with an educational and social dimension, shows that work can be managed as a common project to the advantage of its beneficiaries: employees, managers, institution and users. This management is put in place thanks to the spaces of dialogue when the employees’ expectations regarding the security of their activity are met by the managerial activity, according to a dynamic of gift/counter-gift. Under these conditions, dialogue at work becomes a resource for the common good, and attention to the common good strengthens cooperation. |
