| Summary, etc. | La confiance représente le moteur de la coopération entre individus et entre les individus et les institutions. Notre expérience de la « confiance numérique » dans le domaine de la santé, en Émilie-Romagne, initiée en 2009, se poursuit toujours aujourd’hui, grâce à une coopération italo-québécoise. Parviendrons-nous à faire en sorte que les organisations publiques de santé favorisent le partenariat avec la communauté comme la stratégie dominante pour garantir leur futur ? La pratique des données ouvertes (Open Data) peut transformer les informations libérées par les organisations publiques en renseignements utiles pour la prise de décision des citoyens et pour l’amélioration de l’offre de soins. Notre réflexion nous a porté à définir trois chemins d’approfondissement du sujet : Comment mesurer la valeur de la production horizontale ? La participation citoyenne : comment passer de l’information à l’empowerment ? Co-opérer pour innover : le partenariat en innovation. |

| Summary, etc. | Trust is the driving force for cooperation between individuals and between individuals and institutions also. Our experience of “digital trust” in the field of healthcare in Emilia-Romagna Region started in 2009 and continues today, thanks to Italian-Quebec cooperation. Will we manage to ensure that the public healthcare organizations will promote partnership with the community as its dominant strategy for securing their future? The practice of “open data” can make information released by public organizations useful for citizens and their decision-making and improve the care provided. Our reflection led us to identify three ways to deepen the topic: how to measure the value of horizontal production? Citizen participation: how to go from information to empowerment? Co-operate to innovate: the innovation partnership. |
