| Summary, etc. | Cet article résume un mémoire rédigé dans le cadre d’un Diplôme d’études approfondies en histoire, soutenu à l’Université de technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard. Il est une contribution à l’étude de la guerre économique menée par la France contre l’Allemagne et l’Autriche-Hongrie au cours de la Grande guerre, et une découverte de la maîtrise de l’information économique au sein du système gouvernemental français. Le point d’observation choisi a été le cabinet du ministre de la Guerre à travers l’émission de notes de renseignement produites par l’officier en charge de cette fonction analytique, synthétique et rédactionnelle : le commandant Frédéric François-Marsal, futur ministre des Finances en 1920 et éphémère président du Conseil en 1924. Pour ce faire, des archives inédites du Service historique de la Défense ont été dépouillées, et l’analyse historique s’est inspirée du concept d’Intelligence économique. |

| Summary, etc. | This text is the summary of a dissertation written in the framework of a Diploma of advanced studies in History, presented at the University of technology of Belfort-Montbéliard. It is a contribution to the study of the economic war waged by France against Germany and Austria-Hungary during the Great War and a discovery of the control of economic information within the French governmental system. The chosen point of observation has been the Cabinet of the minister of War through the issuance of intelligence notes produced by the officer in charge of this analytical, synthetic and editorial function: commander Frédéric François-Marsal, future minister of Finances in 1920 and short-lived President of the Council in 1924. To this end, unpublished archives of the Historical defense service have been studied, and historical analysis was inspired by Economic intelligence. |
