| Summary, etc. | Nous nous proposons dans le présent article de comprendre la relation de soutien des organismes publics tunisiens envers les PMEs en matière d’intelligence économique. Une recherche exploratoire au moyen d’entretiens en profondeur avec cinq responsables d’organismes publics concernés par l’intelligence économique a été menée dans un premier temps, pour nous donner des éclaircissements sur les facteurs préalables à la mise en place et l’adoption d’un dispositif d’intelligence économique. Ces résultats nous ont amenés en deuxième lieu, à revenir à notre terrain d’investigation. Nous avons alors mené une étude de cas au moyen d’une recherche-action dans le centre technique de l’emballage et du conditionnement. |

| Summary, etc. | We suggest in the present article to understand the supportive relationship of the Tunisian public organizations towards the SMEs with regard to economic Intelligence. An exploratory research based on in-depth interviews has been conducted with five organization managers concerned with economic intelligence. The interview has been initially, conducted in order to provide us with clarification on the preliminary factors to the implementation and the adoption of an economic intelligence device. These results brought us in second place, to go back to our field of investigation, through case studies via action-research logic. |
