| Summary, etc. | Le présent article se focalise sur une dynamique d’Intelligence Économique mise en œuvre par une grande entreprise au Maroc. Le modèle de la symbiose « humain-technologie-organisation » construit et testé, se base sur la complémentarité des canaux d’information dans une approche d’aide à la décision organisationnelle. Le va-et-vient et le dialogue entre théorie et terrain de recherche ont permis d’obtenir un dispositif réellement opérationnel, qui se diffuse dans les pratiques managériales de l’organisation. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this paper is to present a dynamic approach to Competitive Intelligence, implemented by a large company in Morocco. The model of the symbiosis between people, technology and organization built and tested, is based on the complementarity of information channels in an organizational decision support approach. The back-and-forth and dialogue between research field and theory have made it possible to obtain a truly operational system, which is spread throughout the organization's managerial practices. |
