| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article s’intéresse aux outils 2.0 dédiés à la reprise en TPE / PME. Nous explorons l’hypothèse que l’usage d’Internet ouvre au repreneur (actuel ou en devenir) la possibilité d’accéder à une boîte à outils 2.0 et de l’utiliser comme aide dans sa prise de décision. À partir d’une recherche exploratoire de 26 sites spécialisés en repreneuriat, nous proposons une lecture et une analyse conjointes des outils d’informations du processus global de la reprise et de la pratique managériale de l’intelligence économique.Les résultats de l’étude empirique montrent que l’usage des outils 2.0 favorise, d’une part, une réponse appropriée pour la veille informationnelle et stratégique du repreneur et, d’autre part, une émergence certaine quant à la pratique d’intelligence économique. Ces résultats viennent donc confirmer qu’une plus grande facilité d’accès à l’information et un emploi plus ciblé, via une boîte à outils 2.0 dans le repreneuriat, représentent un avantage décisif dans le dispositif d’exploitation du système d’intelligence économique du repreneur. |

| Summary, etc. | Using the Takeovership Toolbox 2.0. This article is interested in Web 2.0 tools, especially those dedicated to takeovership for SME or VSE. We explore the assumption that the use of Internet gives to the buyer (current or in becoming) the possibility to reach a toolbox 2.0 and to be helped in its decision-making. From an exploratory research on 26 specialized websites, we propose a joint reading and analysis of the information tools for the global process of takeover and the managerial practice of business intelligence.The findings point out that the use of Web 2.0 tools enhances an appropriated answer for strategic watch and an emergent practice for business intelligence. This confirms that a greater accessibility to information and a more targeted employment, via a toolbox 2.0 specialized in takeovership, represent a decisive advantage in the exploitation device of the business intelligence system of the buyer. |
