Summary, etc. | RésuméLa réputation d’une entreprise procède de l’agrégation des perceptions ressenties par l’ensemble des parties prenantes, internes et externes, de l’entreprise. Dès lors, l’intelligence juridique invite à envisager l’espace judiciaire comme l’un des espaces possibles où se construisent les perceptions individuelles et sur lequel l’entreprise est susceptible d’intervenir soit pour y faire trancher des litiges à son avantage (vision tactique) soit pour faire jouer le Droit comme une dimension pleine et entière de la stratégie globale de l’entreprise (vision stratégique). Trois types de stratégies judiciaires sont alors mises en évidence à propos de la gestion de la réputation. |

The aggregation of stakeholders perceptions gives rise to image and reputation of companies which are key valuable assets in contemporary competition. Managers have to pay attention to places where perceptions are emerging and extending. In this article, we consider litigation as a communication process and tackle legal strategies which can be used to protect or enhance companies image and reputation. |
