La littérature donne des propositions sur l’influence que nous éprouvons dans deux études de cas : un projet éolien aboutit grâce à l’influence et l’autre échoue malgré l’influence des développeurs éoliens.Les informations équivoques au sujet de la production d’électricité d’origine éolienne suscitent des situations propices à l’influence. Les organisations impliquées dans ces projets éoliens proposent compensations et arguments pour transformer ces informations équivoques en interprétations favorables.Les développeurs éoliens utilisent diverses structures de relations pour maintenir leur influence sur leurs contreparties pendant le projet. Au final, certains soutiens conditionnent les développements : l’appui des politiques, des propriétaires fonciers et des services de l’administration.Les activités d’influence étendent la recherche sur les situations d’informations équivoques ou de structures de gouvernance indéfinies. Les perspectives données à ce travail suggèrent une transposition des propositions théoriques en outils destinés à une pratique performante de l’influence. |

| Summary, etc. | The influence between organizationsThe influence is inquired in the relationships between organizations. We test the proposals of the literature through two case studies : a wind project results through the influence and the other fails despite the influence of wind developers.The equivocal information about the wind power promotes situations linked with influence. The organizations of these wind projects offer compensations to turn the arguments and equivoques in favorable interpretations.The developers use various structures of relationships to maintain their influence over their counterparts during the project. Finally, some supports condition developments : supports of policy, landowners and government services.Influence activities extend the research on situations of equivocal information or on undefined structures of governance. The outlook of this paper suggests a transposition of theoretical propositions in practical tools for a powerful influence. |
