| Summary, etc. | Cet article traite de l’apport des systèmes d’information dans les pratiques de gestion, et en particulier pour les activités décisionnelles de l’intelligence économique qui a, aujourd’hui, à gérer la réalité des « big data » : des masses considérables d’informations et de données brutes, générées par les usages d’Internet, de la téléphonie mobile, des réseaux sociaux. Elle apporte un regard critique sur l’apport des systèmes d’information d’aide à la décision constitués d’une base de connaissances.La première partie est ainsi constituée de constats empiriques et de réflexions théoriques sur les avantages et limites de tels systèmes d’informations d’aide à la décision. La réflexion porte sur l’importance de leur conception dont l’axe stratégique est l’analyse cognitive des informations et des connaissances. Dans cette perspective, la deuxième partie explicite les choix méthodologiques d’une conception appelée « socio-cognicielle »1 . Cette conception permet alors la transformation des « big data » en « little knowledge ». Le cadre théorique étant posé, la troisième partie présente le modèle socio-cogniciel élaboré et son expérimentation dans une entreprise industrielle internationale. |

| Summary, etc. | Economic intelligence and decision support system : of the operational « big data » in the strategic « little knowledge »This article deals with the contribution of information systems in the practices of management, and in particular for the decision-making activities of the economic intelligence. This economic has to manage the reality of « big data », generated by the uses of Internet, the mobile telephony, the social networks. It turns a critical eye on the contribution of the information systems of decision-making support constituted by a knowledge base.The first part is established of empirical reports and of theoretical analysis on the advantages and the drawbacks of decision support system. The reflection concerns the importance of their design. The strategic focal of the design is the cognitive analysis of the information and the knowledge. In this perspective, the second part clarifies the methodological choices of a « socio-cognicielle « design. This design allows then the processing of « big data » « little knowledge ». The theoretical framework being put, the third part presents the « socio-cogniciel » model and its experiment in an international industrial company. |
