En el presente artículo se enumera toda una gama de puntos de referencia para los gestores que desean aplicar prácticas eficaces de comunicación durante la instrumentación del cambio. ¿Por qué comunicar? ¿Qué comunicar? ¿De qué manera? ¿A quién? ¿En qué momento? Éstas son algunas de las preguntas para las cuales se sugieren algunos elementos de respuesta.
