| Summary, etc. | L’étude présentée dans cet article porte sur les pratiques professionnelles de soutien aux mères dans les « Chiiki Kosodate Shien Kyoten », équivalents japonais des lieux d’accueil enfants-parents. L’analyse des observations, réalisées dans sept lieux et des entretiens effectués dans quinze lieux, ont fait apparaître quatre types de pratiques de soutien : par l’aménagement de l’espace et son utilisation, par la facilitation des échanges entre personnes accueillies, par la mise à disposition d’informations et par le soutien plus individuel. Les résultats montrent deux dimensions marquantes, d’une part la mise en œuvre d’une ambiance permettant aux mères de vivre des moments agréables et d’autre part, les interventions les amenant à partager leurs problèmes et chercher ensemble des solutions. |

| Summary, etc. | The study presented in this article focuses on professional practices to support mothers in the Chiiki Kosodate Shien Kyoten, Japanese meeting places for children and mothers. Observations were conducted at seven places. The analysis was based on four types of support practices (identified by interviews at fifteen places) : rethinking the design and use of space, facilitation of exchanges among participants, better access to information, and more individualized support. The results showed that two aspects of support were particularly significant : creation of a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere conducive to mothers, and professional intervention encouraging mothers to share their problems and look for solutions together. |
