Mais alors, quel est ce processus et comment opère-t-il ? Cet article, mêlant approche sociologique et expérience de formateur en travail social, s’attache à questionner trois aspects en particulier de ce phénomène : la formation comme processus de construction identitaire, les étapes de la socialisation professionnelle et enfin, le développement d’une culture professionnelle. |

But then, what is this process and how does it operate? This article, combining a sociological approach and experience as a trainer in social work, will focus on questioning three aspects in particular of this phenomenon: training as a process of identity construction, the stages of professional socialization, and finally, the development of a professional culture. |
