Summary, etc. | Une recherche-intervention conduite par une équipe de quatre chercheurs au sein du service social scolaire d’une ville française permet d’interroger les paradoxes institutionnels de l’intervention de ce service qui ne peut se déployer que par une forme d’invisibilisation de ses activités et modes opératoires tout en en pâtissant. La posture professionnelle que les travailleurs sociaux scolaires ( tss) adoptent auprès de leurs partenaires institutionnels s’inscrit dans une logique d’action clinique, relevant d’une posture du « prendre soin », à travers laquelle le tss est à l’écoute de leurs expériences vécues et éprouvées. Certains mouvements défensifs ou offensifs ont été repérés dans des instances du dispositif de recherche à mesure que celui-ci s’est déployé. Cette démarche vient déranger l’organisation de travail et les vécus des acteurs de terrain et produit du changement par des jeux de pouvoirs qui échappent aux chercheurs. |

Summary, etc. | Intervention research conducted by a team of four researchers within the school social service of a French city makes it possible to question the institutional paradoxes of the intervention of this service which can only be deployed by a form of invisibility of its activities and procedures while suffering. The professional posture that school social workers (TSS) adopt with their institutional partners is part of a logic of clinical action, arising from a posture of «taking care», through which the TSS is attentive to their lived and tried experiences. Certain defensive or offensive movements have been spotted in instances of the search apparatus as it has been deployed. This approach disturbs the work organization and the experiences of actors in the field and produces change through power plays that elude researchers. |
