Des relations d’attachement se tissent. La mort d’un résident est vécue différemment selon le lien créé ensemble. Les décès provoquent de nombreux questionnements chez les soignants, des changements dans leur rapport au travail mais également dans leur vie privée. Accompagner les professionnels avant, pendant et après ces situations est essentiel pour les aider à vivre au mieux ces décès. |
