Summary, etc. Despite the progress made in terms of rights for people with disabilities, many challenges remain. In particular, the situation of people with invisible disabilities seems to remain “unrecognized”, since the stereotype of disability in society is still generally identified with people in wheelchairs or with a visible, physical handicap. The aim of this study is not only to gain a better understanding of the issues involved in integrating and supporting people with invisible disabilities in the workplace, but also to contribute “to the few studies that have been developed” in this field.
