520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. ‪By focusing on training devices, this article tries to explain the uneven capacity of the “lefts of the left” parties to fully integrate the militants of the lower classes to their respective governing bodies. The organisations are aware of the difficulties of lower-class activists in following lecture training courses. While “Lutte ouvrière” (LO) offers individualised support, the “Nouveau parti anticapitaliste” (NPA) has set up a training course that is easier to access. Through the study of formative systems and their relationship to other partisan rules, the article explains the differentiated trajectories of working-class activists within these political parties.‪
