S'il est acquis qu'une telle mesure présente de multiples intérêts sous l'angle purement judiciaire, sur le terrain de la psychologie sociale, son succès suppose un processus d'échange de la parole entre les parties distinct du cadre judiciaire. |

| Summary, etc. | Basing itself on guidelines issued by the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), the « Citoyens et Justice » Federation (Citizens & Justice) led a field project which aimed at encouraging the development of post-conviction criminal mediation in French law. While it is established that such a measure shows numerous interests from the mere judicial point of view, in the field of social psychology, its success presupposes a process of speech and exchange between the concerned parties, out of the judicial framework. |
