They refine the term “Uberization” by introducing the concept of “parasubordination”. Data was collected online by tracking job offer streams across various virtual platforms. The advertising promises within these offers, targeting young professionals, outline the contours of a new ideal type for the profession. A thematic content analysis identifies specific elements that implicitly define this emerging ideal type. Drawing on these findings, the authors hypothesize that these offers aim to fill a gap in support during the transition between professional models, replacing the traditional structures of professional identity formation (Universities and Hospitals) with new forms and figures of identification. |

| Summary, etc. | Dans un contexte de mutation de la profession de psychologue et des structures du corps professionnel, les auteurs proposent une analyse des nouvelles formes d’emplois, intermédiaires entre une position libérale autonome et une position de salariat. À cette occasion, ils nuancent le vocable d’« ubérisation » pour introduire le concept de « parasubordination ». Les données ont été récoltées sur internet, par le biais d’un recueil de flux d’offres dans plusieurs espaces virtuels. Les promesses publicitaires contenues dans ces offres adressées à de jeunes professionnels dessinent le contour d’un nouvel idéal type de la profession. Une analyse thématique des contenus permet de dégager des éléments spécifiques qui sont autant de figures en creux du nouvel idéal-type. À partir de ces figures, nous faisons l’hypothèse que les offres tendent à venir combler un manque d’étayage dans le passage d’un monde à l’autre, en substituant aux structures classiques de la construction de l’identité professionnelle (l’Université et l’institution hospitalière) de nouvelles formes et de nouvelles figures d’identification. |
