Elle critique surtout la vulnérabilité de l’enfant et la difficulté à punir ou mettre à juger les auteurs de crimes abjects sur les enfants. Pour la notion de bientraitance, si elle demeure une simple liste de recettes toutes prêtes pour gérer une institution de protection de l’enfance, elle ne présente guère d’intérêt. Que sont devenues les notions de « suffisamment bon » de Winnicott et de « relation d’aide » de Rogers ? |
