| Summary, etc. | A study was carried out in two CHRS in the Pyrenees-Orientals during the year 2019 among a homeless population affected by addictions. The use of psychoactive substances other than alcohol and tobacco represented 18.7% of the patients consulted. Among these consumers we have 81% men, and the social reason represents between 20 and 25% of the consultations. The users of psychoactive substances are younger for women with an age group of 18/34 years in 58% of cases, and 25/44 years in 60% of cases for men. Mostly accommodated in emergency places, these patients have social security coverage in more than 50% of cases. Regarding addictions, women are more concerned by smoking for 92% of them, alcohol for 45.7% and 54.8% have other addictions including cannabis in 48.5% of cases. For men, tobacco represents 85.5% of addictions, alcohol 32.2%, and other addictions 13% including cannabis in 10.7% of cases. |

| Summary, etc. | Une étude a été réalisée au sein de deux CHRS des Pyrénées-Orientales durant l’année 2019 auprès d’une population de sans-abris concernée par les addictions. Le recours aux substances psychoactives autres que l’alcool et le tabac représentait 18,7 % des patients consultés. Parmi ces consommateurs, nous avons 81 % d’hommes, et le motif social représente entre 20 et 25 % des consultations. Les usagers de substances psychoactives sont plus jeunes pour les femmes avec une classe d’âge de 18/34 ans dans 58 % des cas, et 25/44 ans dans 60 % des cas chez les hommes. Majoritairement hébergés sur des places d’urgence, ces patients ont une couverture sociale dans plus de 50 % des cas. Concernant les addictions, les femmes sont plus concernées par le tabagisme pour 92 % d’entre elles, l’alcool pour 45,7 % et 54,8 % ont d’autres addictions dont le cannabis dans 48,5 % des cas. Pour les hommes, le tabac représente 85,5 % des addictions, l’alcool 32,2 %, et les autres addictions 13 % dont le cannabis dans 10,7 % des cas. |
