Au nom de l’égalité, et quelquefois plus prosaïquement pour des raisons économiques, les femmes sont enjointes de pénétrer des milieux où les hommes sont hégémoniques ou accomplissent des tâches jusque-là leur étant strictement réservées. Au cours de vingt-six entretiens visant à comprendre les processus d’intégration, des femmes dévoilent l’utilisation, de la part des hommes, de la sexualité et de la violence sexuelle, laissant entrevoir le système de genre à l’œuvre. |
