| Summary, etc. | New digital technologies including experimental tour guide applications are used to facilitate access to heritage sites. Some projects innovate by creating mediated access to cultural objects through digitized images. In this article we explore the Sésame heritage project. Our objective is to understand the relations between the physical visit (authentic experience), the appropriation of visual identities and the issues linked to digital technologies. The visual substitutes proposed by different projects raise the question of how communication strategies can activate real remote visit experiences. |

| Summary, etc. | Les nouvelles technologies numériques sont mobilisées pour faciliter l’accès aux biens culturels matériels, notamment à travers des expérimentations d’applications comme guide touristique et accès aux services de visite patrimoniale. Certaines innovent dans la mise en interface des publics avec les objets culturels via la fabrication de nouvelles images. Est ici étudié le projet Sésame, pour comprendre l’articulation entre la visite physique (expérience authentique), la (ré-)appropriation d’une identité visuelle et les enjeux liés aux technologies numériques. Les substituts visuels proposés de différents projets questionnent la capacité d’une stratégie de communication principale à activer une réelle expérience de visite distanciée. |
