| Summary, etc. | L’innovation sociale est une catégorie qui a connu un usage croissant ces dernières années, en particulier auprès de l’économie sociale et solidaire (ESS). Dans les recherches portant sur ce sujet, la question du travail et la dimension historique sont souvent occultées. A partir d’un cadre d’analyse institutionnaliste, cet article propose justement une mise en perspective historique des innovations dans les rapports sociaux de travail au sein des entreprises de l’ESS. Pour cela, l’article s’appuie sur trois études de cas – le Familistère de Guise, l’Union d’Amiens et les Ateliers de la Bergerette – qui sont communément situées en Picardie et qui permettent de couvrir une période historique allant du XIXe siècle à aujourd’hui. Les innovations sociales autour du travail dans ces études de cas montrent les tensions qui traversent les entreprises démocratiques dans un système capitaliste, et interrogent la capacité de l’ESS à devenir un moyen d’émancipation pour les travailleurs. | Summary, etc. | Social innovation is a growing concept in recent years, particularly in the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE). Related to this topic, the question of labour and the historical dimension are often hidden. Starting from an institutionalist approach, this article proposes a historical perspective of the innovations in the social relations of labour within the enterprises of the ESS. To achieve this aim, we consider three case studies - the Familistère de Guise, the Union d’Amiens and the Ateliers de la Bergerette. These cases are commonly located in Picardy and cover a historical period from the nineteenth century to the present. The social innovations around labour in these case studies show the tensions that cross democratic enterprises in a capitalist system, and question the ability of the SSE to become a tool for the empowerment of workers. |
