Summary, etc. | Cet article analyse les effets des relations parents-enseignants sur le burnout des enseignants spécialisés. La santé au travail a été mesurée à l’aide du Maslach Burnout Inventory auprès d’enseignants spécialisés suisses (N=301) qui travaillent avec des enfants à besoins éducatifs particuliers. Les résultats montrent trois éléments principaux. Les enseignants sont satisfaits de la collaboration avec les parents ; la qualité des relations perçues influence les scores de l’épuisement et de l’accomplissement, mais pas ceux de la dépersonnalisation ; les enseignants ne sont ni épuisés ni dépersonnalisés, mais à risque pour l’accomplissement personnel. |

Summary, etc. | This article analyses the effects of parents-teachers’ relationships on special education teachers’ burnout. Health at work was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory among Swiss special education teachers (N=301) who work with children with special educational needs. Results show three main elements. Teachers are satisfied with the parents’ collaboration ; quality of the perceived relationships influences the scores for exhaustion and achievement, but not for depersonalization ; teachers are neither exhausted nor depersonalized, but at risk for personal achievement. |
