| Summary, etc. | Dans le contexte de mutations sociotechniques qui accompagnent la nouvelle mondialisation des échanges culturels et économiques, les travailleurs d’Afrique de l’Ouest, comme leurs homologues d’autres pays, sont confrontés à de nouveaux enjeux et processus de socialisation/personnalisation. Nous examinons comment les formes du récit lignager, dont les « griots » ont longtemps assumé la fonction dans cet espace culturel, lues comme un mécanisme d’interconstruction symbolique de l’individu et des collectifs de référence qui fondent ses ancrages tout au long de l’histoire de son ascendance, pourraient être re-mobilisées dans le travail de conseil et d’accompagnement de ces travailleurs au cours de leurs multiples transitions professionnelles. |

| Summary, etc. | The account of lignage by the griot: mediator of construction of the person?In the context of sociotechnic changes which accompanies new globalization by the cultural exchanges and economic, the workers of West Africa, like their counterparts of other countries, are confronted with new challenges and process of socialization/personalization. We examine how forms of account of lignage, whose « griots » took up the duty in this cultural area for a long time, read like a mechanism of interconstruction symbolic system of the individual and collectives of reference who found his anchorings throughout the history of his ascent, could be re-mobilized in the work of council and accompaniment of these workers during their multiple professional transitions. |
