| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose un éclairage sur la manière dont les représentations en termes d’altérité genrée, sociale et culturelle façonnent des discours normatifs dans le domaine de la santé sexuelle et reproductive. Au Guatemala, ces discours légitiment l’exercice d’un contrôle autoritaire, par le secteur médical, de la vie reproductive des femmes indigènes. La violence ciblée des programmes de planification familiale semble alors s’inscrire en continuité avec la violence du récent conflit armé, à travers l’appropriation physique et symbolique du corps de ces femmes. |

| Summary, etc. | This article analyses the way in which representations of gendered, social and cultural alterity shape normative discourses in the field of sexual and reproductive health. In Guatemala, such discourses legitimate a form of authoritarian control by the medical sector over the reproductive lives of indigenous women. This article argues that the targeted violence of family planning programs is articulated with and continues the violence of the recent armed conflict, through the physical and symbolic appropriation of the bodies of Indigenous women. |

En Guatemala, estos discursos legitiman el ejercicio de un control autoritario, por el sector médico, de la vida reproductiva des las mujeres indígenas. La violencia dirigida por los programas de planificación familiar parece entonces inscribirse en continuidad con la violencia del reciente conflicto armado, a través la apropiación física y simbólica del cuerpo de esas mujeres. |
