Summary, etc. | Cette étude qualitative a pour objectif d’explorer les opportunités d’apprenance inhérentes aux situations de crise à l’hôpital. L’enquête de terrain a été menée sous forme d’entretiens auprès de 31 professionnels de santé de divers établissements hospitaliers. Une cartographie des situations de crise recensées aux niveaux macro et micro de l’organisation a été élaborée à partir des récits. L’apprenance se manifeste sous forme d’apprentissages informels et met en évidence une organisation apprenante. Les professionnels de santé révèlent de véritables compétences intrapersonnelles et interpersonnelles. Une démarche autoréflexive avec un sentiment d’efficacité personnelle et une mutualisation des diverses trajectoires de vie, de formation et professionnelle émerge. |

Summary, etc. | Hospital crisis situations: Challenges or opportunities for the emergence of learnance ? This qualitative study explores the opportunities for learnance inherent in hospital crisis situations through an empirical investigation based on interviews with 31 health professionals from several French hospitals. A mapping of crisis situations at both macro and micro levels of the organization was carried out based on participants first-hand accounts. Learnance appears in the form of informal learning and highlights the institutional context as a ìlearning organization. Health professionals demonstrate genuine intra- and interpersonal skills. A self-reflective approach to learning on the job emerges along with personal self-efficacy and a pooling of diverse resources that are rooted in training as well as in professional and personal experience. |
