| Summary, etc. | Cet article interroge les conditions de professionnalisation des conseillers en évolution professionnelle face aux exigences du CEP. Il propose de replacer le CEP dans son écosystème, c’est-à-dire son cadre réglementaire, les enjeux sociaux et individuels auxquels il répond, les premiers bilans de son expérimentation, les compétences et les besoins de professionnalisation induits par les situations de travail. Une conclusion ouvre sur des constats et perspectives quant aux conditions du développement de la professionnalisation en les reliant à des dimensions spécifiques du travail et de la formation des conseillers. |

| Summary, etc. | This article raises the questions of the professionalization of professional development counselors implied by the requirements of the CEP system. This contribution proposes to put back the CEP in its ecosystem, that is to say its regulatory framework, the social and individual issues it responds to, the first assessments of its experimentation, the skills and the professionalization needs induced by job requirements. A conclusion suggests observations and perspectives on the conditions of the development of professionalization by linking them to specific dimensions of the work and training of the counselors. |
