Summary, etc. | Dans un contexte d’économie mondialisée, l’internationalisation des entreprises est devenue une stratégie incontournable de croissance voire de survie pour un nombre grandissant des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). L’objectif étant d’assurer leur pérennité, quel que soit leur secteur d’activité. L’ouverture des marchés vers l’extérieur contraint ces entreprises à maintenir leur compétitivité aussi bien sur un plan national que sur un plan international face aux entreprises étrangères. Dans ce contexte, s’appuyer sur des relations personnelles et d’affaires est devenu essentiel pour qu’une entreprise réussisse sa stratégie de développement et de croissance. La présente étude vise à contribuer à la compréhension des facteurs influençant l’identification des opportunités à l’international d’une part et à la compréhension de l’entrepreneuriat international dans les économies en voie de développement d’autre part. À partir d’une étude exploratoire de 15 PME tunisiennes du secteur des technologies de l’information et de communication (TIC), nous essaierons de comprendre comment le capital social et les connaissances de l’entrepreneur influencent l’identification des opportunités internationales. Nous proposons en conclusion nos propres réflexions sur les stratégies d’internationalisation qui pourront être développées par les PME technologiques tunisiennes. Nous en tirons comme leçons des possibilités de fertilisations croisées entre l’identification de l’opportunité et l’entrepreneuriat international pour assurer le développement des entreprises tunisiennes. Summary, etc. | In a global economy context, the internationalization of enterprises has become an unavoidable growth strategy even survival for a growing number of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The objective is to ensure sustainability, whatever their sector of activity. Market opening outwards forced these companies to maintain their competitiveness as well on a national and international level against foreign companies. In this context, rely on personal relationships and business has become essential for a business to succeed its strategy of development and growth. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of the factors influencing the identification of international opportunities on the one hand and the understanding of international entrepreneurship in economies of developing countries on the other hand. Based an exploratory study of 15 Tunisian SMEs in the sector of information and communication technologies (ICT), we will try to understand how social capital and entrepreneur’s knowledge influence the identification of international opportunities. We propose in conclusion our own reflections on internationalization strategies that can be developed by the Tunisian technology SMEs. We learn as lessons the possibilities of cross-fertilization between the identification of opportunities and international entrepreneurship to ensure the development of Tunisian companies. |
