| Summary, etc. | Therapeutic mediation through “Hortitherapy” is rarely prescribed for people with eating disorders. Following a socio-contextual overview and a review of the scientific literature, the aim of this article is to propose a structured clinical framework for horticultural therapy tailored to patients with eating disorders (ed) and the teams supporting them, and to identify its therapeutic effects. This framework is feasible for all patients and all teams with practitioners interested/trained in this field. |

| Summary, etc. | La médiation thérapeutique « hortithérapie » est peu prescrite pour les personnes présentant des troubles des conduites alimentaires. Après un synopsis socio-contextuel et de la littérature scientifique, il s’agit de proposer un dispositif clinique de prise en charge hortithérapique manualisée à l’adresse des patients tca et des équipes, et d’en repérer les effets thérapeutiques. Ce dispositif est à la portée de tous les patients et de toutes les équipes dotées de praticiens intéressés/formés à ce domaine. |
