| Summary, etc. | La recherche sur les systèmes d’innovation s’est élargie dans les pays en développement et notamment en Afrique Sub-Saharienne (Muchie et al., 2016). Si les travaux abordent souvent l’axe des performances technologiques et des innovations stricto sensu, peu de travaux abordent le lien entre l’innovation systémique et les systèmes éducatifs. Nous avons donc voulu reconstituer ce lien, par le thème de l’Université, en mettant en exergue les politiques d’innovation, d’apprentissage et scientifique en Afrique Sub-Saharienne. Nous en concluons l’importance des Universités en Développement et ce, afin que les systèmes d’innovation deviennent un réel outil de croissance mais également de développement économique dans les pays pauvres. | Summary, etc. | Research on innovation systems has expanded in developing countries, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa (Muchie et al., 2016). While the literature often addresses the technological performance axis and innovation in the strict sense, few studies address the link between systemic innovation and education systems. We therefore wanted to reconstruct this link, by the theme of the University, by highlighting the innovation policies, learning policies and science policies in Sub-Saharan Africa. We conclude the importance of Universities in Development, so that innovation systems become a real tool for growth but also for economic development in poor countries. |
