| Summary, etc. | Le débat sur la performance des pôles technologiques au Maghreb s’est essentiellement concentré sur leur efficacité et leur efficience objectives, alors que le degré de satisfaction perçue des entreprises a été peu traité. Notre recherche analyse cette effectivité des pôles à partir d’un questionnaire portant sur 39 entreprises de deux pôles technologiques tunisiens (Elghazala à Tunis et Mecatronic à Sousse). Nos résultats mettent en exergue une situation paradoxale où les pôles présentent de réels potentiels de ressources, mais de faibles capacités de dynamique d’acteurs/projets. Nous constatons en effet un déficit d’organisation de la proximité relationnelle et de soutien des pôles en termes d’incitation des entreprises à participer aux projets collaboratifs. Notre travail recommande aux entrepreneurs institutionnels de favoriser par des dispositifs appropriés de dynamique d’acteurs/projets, la « relationalité » effective et pas seulement la mise en proximité. | Summary, etc. | The debate on the performance of technoparks in the Maghreb has mainly focused on their objective efficiency and effectiveness, while the degree of perceived satisfaction of companies has been poorly addressed. Our research analyzes the satisfaction of the members of the poles from a questionnaire concerning 39 companies from two Tunisian technological centers (Elghazala in Tunis and Mecatronic in Sousse). Our results highlight a paradoxical situation where the clusters have real resource potentials, but weak capacities of “actors / projects” dynamics. We indeed note a lack of organization in the relational proximity and support of the poles in terms of incentives for companies to participate in collaborative projects. Our work recommends that institutional entrepreneurs promote, through appropriate mechanisms of stakeholder / project dynamics, effective relationality and not just proximity. |
