| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article, nous étudions l’influence du profil du dirigeant sur l’approche de la performance des SCOP. Ainsi, notre problématique est : dans quelle mesure les dirigeants des entreprises collectives et démocratiques influencent-ils l’approche de la performance de leurs organisations ? Pour cela, nous avons effectué une étude quantitative auprès de 89 dirigeants de SCOP. D’après les résultats, il apparaît que le profil du dirigeant et plus particulièrement les motivations et le genre du dirigeant ont une influence sur l’approche de la performance des SCOP. D’autre part, les résultats de notre étude démontrent que l’expérience antérieure du dirigeant n’a aucune influence sur l’approche de la performance de sa SCOP. JEL codes : L2, L26. |

| Summary, etc. | In this article, we study the influence of the leader’s profile on the strategic direction of SCOP’s performance. Our research question is, then: to what extent do leaders of collective and democratic enterprises influence the performance approach of their organizations? To reach our goal, we conducted a quantitative study of 89 SCOP executives. Our results indicate that the manager’s profile, and more specifically the motivations and gender of the leader, influence the direction of SCOP performance. Moreover, we find that the manager’s previous experience has no influence on the direction of performance. |
