Summary, etc. RésuméTrente-deux scénarios relatifs au harcèlement professionnel variant en fonction des explications causales et de la survictimation du harcelé, des problèmes psychologiques du harceleur et de la situation économique de l’entreprise ont été soumis à soixante-quatre sujets qui jugeaient l’équité de la situation, la responsabilité du harcelé et du harceleur et la probabilité de venir en aide. Les résultats indiquent que le harcèlement est jugé d’autant moins équitable mais le harcelé, d’autant plus responsable, qu’il évoque une cause interne. La survictimation augmente la responsabilité de la victime et diminue l’intention d’aide. L’aide augmente lorsque l’entreprise est en essor et les problèmes psychologiques du harceleur. Le harceleur est jugé moins responsable lorsque l’entreprise est en difficulté.

Summary, etc. Thirty-two scenarii about bullying at work varying according to the causal explanations and to the survictimation of harassed, the agressor’s psychological problems and the economic situation of the company were submitted to sixty-four participants which judged the equity of the situation, the aggressor’s responsability and victim’s responsibility and the probability to help. The results show that the harassment is judged the less equitable and the victim the more responsible when she has given internal explanation. The survictimization increases the victim’s responsability and decreases the intention to help. The help increases with the booming of the company and the agressor’s psychological problems. The aggressor is judged less responsible when the company is in economic difficulties.

Summary, etc. RiassuntoA sessantaquattro partecipanti sono stati proposti trentadue scenari, relativi a molestie professionali, che variavano a seconda delle spiegazioni causali e della sovra-vittimizzazione del molestato, dei problemi psicologici del molestatore e della situazione economica dell’impresa. Ai partecipanti veniva chiesto di giudicare l’equità della situazione, la responsabilità del molestato e del molestatore e la probabilità dell’intervento di un soccorso. I risultati indicano che, quando il molestato stesso evochi a spiegazione una causa interna, la molestia è giudicata come un comportamento meno equo, ma anche che il molestato è giudicato come più responsabile. La sovra-vittimizzazione aumenta la responsabilità della vittima e diminuisce l’intenzione di aiuto. L’aiuto aumenta quando l’impresa è in fase di sviluppo. Il molestatore è giudicato meno responsabile quando l’impresa è in difficoltà.

Summary, etc. ResumoTrinta e dois cenários relativos ao assédio profissional variando em função das explicações causais e da sobrevitimização da pessoa assediada, dos problemas psicológicos da pessoa que assedia e da situação económica da empresa foram submetidos a sessenta e quatro participantes que julgaram a equidade da situação, a responsabilidade da pessoa assediada e da pessoa que assedia e a probabilidade de ajudar. Os resultados indicam que o assédio é julgado tanto menos equitativo quanto mais responsável e evoca uma causa interna. A sobrevitimização aumenta a responsabilidade da vítima e diminui a intenção de ajuda. A ajuda aumenta quando a empresa está em desenvolvimento e os problemas psicológicos da pessoa que assedia. A pessoa que assedia é julgada menos responsável quando a empresa está em dificuldade.
