| Summary, etc. | All European countries have implemented reforms aimed at ‘dematerializing’ public administrations and services. However, this reshaping of the public action model, based on increased use of various digital means and processes, has its problems. There is an abundant English-language literature on the subject, and this Introduction presents what we consider to be some of its major recent findings. This partial review enables us to link the contributions in this issue to some of the most well-established topics in this research field. |

| Summary, etc. | L’ensemble des pays européens a mis en place des réformes visant à la « dématérialisation » des administrations et des services publics. Ce remodelage du modèle d’action publique qui se fonde sur un recours accru à différents moyens et procédés numériques ne va toutefois pas sans poser problème. La littérature dédiée à ce domaine de connaissance s’avère notamment fort abondante en langue anglaise. Cette introduction présente ce qui nous semble pouvoir être considéré comme quelques-uns de ses résultats récents et majeurs. Cet état de l’art partiel permet de mettre en lien et en résonnance les contributions du présent dossier avec les topiques parmi les plus établis du champ de recherche concerné. |
