| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article rend compte de notre thèse relative aux effets de la médiatisation de la relation pédagogique sur la construction des postures professionnelles enseignantes. Après avoir précisé la problématique et la démarche méthodologique employée, l’article se centre sur les principaux résultats obtenus : démystification du pouvoir des TIC sur l’apprentissage ; mise en évidence de leur dimension d’« analyseur » de questions pédagogiques de fond ; révélation de l’existence de jeux de tensions propices à l’évolution des postures ; illustration de toute l’importance d’une prise en compte des facteurs personnels (cognitifs, conatifs, émotionnels et biologiques) lors de la conception des dispositifs de formation.Ce texte se donne un double objectif : faire partager à la communauté scientifique les savoirs émanant de ce travail en vue de susciter des collaborations pour poursuivre la recherche, et interpeller les praticiens par rapport aux pratiques d’ingénierie à développer en vue de créer les meilleures conditions possibles de l’apprenance. |

| Summary, etc. | The effects of using information and communication technologies in teacher training and on the construction of "professional posture"This article provides a review of our PhD dissertation concerning the effects which the use of ICT in teaching training have on the construction of teachers’ professional postures. After defining the research question and specifying the methodological orientations of our work, the article presents its main results. These include the demystification of the power of ICT on the learning process, the role of "analyzer" which ICT can play in the treatment of fundamental pedagogical questions, the revelation of a set of tensions favorable to the development of professional "posture" as well as of the importance of taking into account trainees’ personal factors (cognitive, motivational, emotional and biological) when designing the training system and curriculum. This text pursues two objectives: sharing the results of this work with the scientific community in view of launching new research in this area and connecting with practitioners so that better conditions of "learnance" in teacher training might be achieved. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEste artículo presenta los resultados de una tesis doctoral que trata de los efectos de la utilización de tecnologías en la relación pedagógica sobre la construcción de posturas profesionales de los profesores. Despues de precisar la problemática et la metodología empleada, el artículo se basa en los resultados obtenidos: demistificación del poder de las TIC sobre el aprendizaje; puesta en evidencia de su dimensión de “analista” de cuestiones pédagógicas de fondo; revelación de la existencia de un juego de tensiones propicias para la evolución de las posturas pedagógicas; ilustración de la importancia de factores personales (cognitivos, volitivos, emocionales, biológicos) en la construcción de dispositivos pedagógicos. Este texto tiene dos objetivos: compartir con la comunidad científica los conocimientos que surgen de nuestro trabajo con el objetivo de suscitar colaboraciones para seguir la investigación, y llamar la atención de los profesores con relación a las prácticas de ingeniería pedagógica necesarias para crear mejores las condiciones de la apprenance (disposición durable para aprender en todas las situaciones). |
