| Summary, etc. | Cette note de synthèse propose un regard longitudinal sur l’analyse de pratiques professionnelles durant ces trente dernières années (1990-2020). Un constat s’impose : le succès incontestable de ces activités dans tous les domaines et d’autre part un manque d’intelligibilité globale qui fait apparaître ce champ comme très éclaté. Cette note se propose de parcourir le périmètre de ces pratiques, de dégager les principales tendances évolutives dominantes, leurs ancrages théoriques et d’essayer de dégager une spécificité et une cohésion propres à ce champ. La professionnalisation est repérée comme fonction centrale et privilégiée de ces approches. Les concepts de pratique et d’analyse sont particulièrement interrogés dans leur capacité à assurer la cohésion de ce champ, ainsi que la notion de dispositif. La spécificité des analyses de pratiques est aperçue dans leur capacité à problématiser les expériences par une exposition, une élaboration, une transformation, une communication à autrui. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper provides a longitudinal look at the analysis of professional practice over the last thirty years (1990-2020). One key observation stands out, namely the undeniable success of these activities in all fields and, at the same time, the significant lack of a global approach which makes for a very fragmented research field. Therefore, this review seeks to thoroughly analyze these practices, to identify the main evolutionary trends, their theoretical anchors and to find any particularities and cohesion particular to this field. ‘Professionalization’ is identified as a central and preferred function of these approaches. The concepts of practice and analysis are particularly questioned in their ability to ensure the cohesion of this field, as well as the notion of format. The particularity of practice analysis is seen in its ability to problematize experiences through exposure, elaboration, transformation and communication to others. |
