| Summary, etc. | Cet article interroge les pratiques de formation et d’accompagnement des entrepreneurs et vise à identifier quels pourraient être les apports de l’andragogie, comme perspective spécifique de recherche dans le champ de la formation à l’entrepreneuriat. D’un point de vue empirique, notre approche de praticien (entrepreneur)/chercheur s’appuie sur une démarche méthodologique mixte, menée auprès de plus de cent entrepreneurs bretons. Les résultats aboutissent à la proposition d’un dispositif expérimental de formation construit autour des principes d’une « andragogie entrepreneuriale », dans le but d’« éveiller les entrepreneurs » en les guidant « à entreprendre » (responsables de leur vie), plutôt que de les former à « être entrepreneur » (responsables d’une entité juridique). |

| Summary, etc. | This article questions the practices of training and support for entrepreneurs and aims to identify what could be the contributions of andragogy, as a specific research perspective in the field of entrepreneurship education. From an empirical point of view, our approach as a practitioner/researcher is based on a mixed methodological approach, conducted with over one hundred Breton entrepreneurs. The results lead to the proposal of an experimental training system built around the principles of an “entrepreneurial andragogy”, with the aim of “awakening entrepreneurs” by guiding them “to undertake” (as responsible for their lives), rather than training them “to be an entrepreneur” (responsible for a legal entity). |
