Summary, etc. | Les effets des profondes mutations sociales sur le champ de l’animation socioculturelle impliquent diverses recompositions qui concernent aussi bien le métier lui-même que la formation à l’animation. Ces dispositions se révèlent dans les discours, et plus généralement dans le champ de l’intervention sociale, par des exigences de professionnalisation. Les organisations de travail s’appuient sur la formation pour « fabriquer » des professionnels. Mais les nouveaux paradigmes éducatifs à l’œuvre, dont l’individualisation des parcours de formation, posent question. La VAE en fait partie. C’est donc en partant de la notion de projet, prise comme axe d’analyse, qu’a été dégagée la typologie présentée dans cet article. L’enquête menée auprès d’animateurs socioculturels montre que l’engagement dans une démarche de validation des acquis de l’expérience revêt des formes diverses selon les schémas représentationnels et les rapports à la formation des sujets enquêtés. |

Summary, etc. | The effects of profound changes in society on the field of community work imply various reconfigurations that effect the profession itself as well as facilitation training. These developments appear in discourse, and more generally in the field of social work, as a demand for professional standards. Work organizations rely on training to “produce” professionals. But emerging educational paradigms, including individualized training or personalized curricula, raise several questions. The validation of acquired experience (VAE) is one such paradigm. The typology presented in this article derives from the notion of a project approach which is used as an analytical axis. The survey conducted on community and social workers shows that commitment to the process of validating acquired experience is different according to the subjects’ belief patterns and relation to training. |
