| Summary, etc. | Dans les démarches de capitalisation de savoirs issus de l’expérience, la question de l’élaboration de savoir à partir de l’expérience est peu travaillée. À partir des concepts d’expérience (Albarello et al., 2013), de communication de l’expérience (Astier, 2001) et de savoir (Barbier, 2011), une recherche en optimisation et en intelligibilité (Barbier, 2008) sur la capitalisation de savoirs issus de l’expérience est menée. Avec un panel d’entraîneurs de haut niveau experts, cette recherche permet de dégager trois processus à l’œuvre lors de l’élaboration du savoir dans le cadre de sa capitalisation : extimisation, objectivation et agrégation. Cet article propose une meilleure compréhension de ces processus pour favoriser la mise en œuvre des démarches de capitalisation à des fins de formation. |

| Summary, etc. | In the approaches of capitalisation of knowledge from experience, the question of the elaboration of knowledge from experience is not well worked out. Based on the concepts of experience (Albarello et al., 2013), communication of experience (Astier, 2001) and knowledge (Barbier, 2011), research in optimization and intelligibility (Barbier, 2008) on the capitalization of knowledge from experience is conducted. With a panel of high-level expert coaches, this research makes it possible to identify three processes at work when developing knowledge as part of its capitalization: extimization, objectification and aggregation. This article provides a better understanding of these processes to support the implementation of capitalization approaches for educational purposes. |
