520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Marx distinguishes three stages in the history of the capitalist mode of production in Western Europe : Cooperation ; Manufacture ; Factory system. The specifically capitalist mode of production appears only with the factory system. From then the subordination of the labour to capital becomes real, whereas the technology - mechanization - is specific to the capitalism. The relative surplus value grows, a new global market dominated by the industrial capital starts taking place. The bourgeoisie aspires to govern and the Democratic Republic is the most complete form of its domination. The fixed capital plays an increasingly important role in the production whereas the improving of the productivity in relation to the creation of relative surplus-value lays the basis for overproduction crisis. The capitalist mode of production must give way to a classless society. Classification JEL : B14. |
