| Summary, etc. | Cet article se propose d’analyser les capacités de production de connaissances technologiques ainsi qu’un examen de la politique de recherche scientifique et technologique en Algérie. Pour ce faire, nous mobilisons le concept de Système National d’Innovation (SNI) - malgré les limites d’application - du fait, qu’il permet, d’une part, de mieux saisir le processus et les interventions des acteurs à l’origine du progrès technique, et d’autre part, d’éclairer les stratégies de développement économique des pays. Les premiers résultats obtenus dans notre étude montrent que le dispositif juridique et la structure institutionnelle en matière de recherche et de recherche et développement (R&D) ne sont pas éloignés de ceux des économies avancées. Cependant dans les faits, cette tendance ne semble pas se refléter dans les indicateurs de performance technologique et scientifique en Algérie. Classification JEL : O31, O32, O38 |

| Summary, etc. | This article aims to analyze the production capacities of technological knowledge and a review of scientific and technological research policy in Algeria. To do this, we mobilize the concept of National Innovation System (NIS) -despite the application limits- because it allows on the one hand, to better understand the process and the interventions of actors at the origin of technical progress, and secondly, to clarify the strategies of economic development of countries. The first results obtained in our study show that the legal framework and the institutional structure of research and research and development (R&D) are not far from those of developed economies. However in fact, this trend does not seem to be reflected in the indicators of technological and scientific performance in Algeria. |
