| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette étude est d’appréhender comment s’organisent et sont résolus les conflits de socialisation rencontrés au cours d’une trajectoire professionnelle contre-stéréotypique, celle des femmes marins. Des entretiens à caractère biographique ont été menés auprès de cinq femmes. L’analyse différentielle de leurs discours révèle qu’ils s’articulent autour d’un double questionnement : d’une part, sur l’environnement professionnel et, d’autre part, sur les rapports des domaines de vie. Ces entretiens témoignent de la mise en œuvre d’un travail de personnalisation de ces femmes en face de conflits de socialisation entre vie professionnelle et vie hors travail. |

The case of sailor womenThe objective of this study is to understand how the conflicts of socialization are. Structured and resolved during a counter-stereotypical career, sailor women ones. Biographical interviews were conducted with five women. Differential analysis of their speeches reveals that they are built around a double questioning : one hand on the work environment and, on the other hand, on the relations of the areas of their lives. These interviews demonstrate the implementation of a work of personalization accomplished by these women to cope with conflicts of socialization between work life and outside work life. |
