| Summary, etc. | L’article présente le suivi clinique d’une famille selon une approche pluridisciplinaire : approche systémique couplée à une approche qui s’appuie sur un éclairage pluriel : psychanalytique, anthropologique et historique. Il s’agit d’une famille reçue dans le cadre institutionnel du centre Monceau, qui propose un soin à des familles confrontées à une pathologie addictive. L’histoire familiale est marquée par une multitude de pertes dont la plupart sont liées à la persécution des Juifs pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. La substance toxique est un objet qui semble être liant et se transmet d’une génération à l’autre. Quatre intentions cliniques sont mises en œuvre pour tenter de reconstituer une enveloppe culturelle, familiale et psychique aux membres de la famille, et notamment à la jeune fille, « enfant symptôme » du dysfonctionnement familial. |

| Summary, etc. | The article describes the clinical follow-up of a family using a multidisciplinary approach : a systemic approach coupled with a plural approach that brings a new perspective : psychoanalytic, anthropological and historical. The case concerns a family treated at the Monceau Centre, which offers care to families with addictive pathologies. The family history is marked by multiple losses, most of which are related to the persecution of Jews during World War II. The toxic substance is an object that seems to be a link that is transmitted from one generation to another. Four clinical interventions are implemented to try to reconstruct a cultural, familial and psychic envelope for members of the family, notably the teenage girl, the “Identified Patient” of the dysfunctional family. |
