| Summary, etc. | Tout comme la tragédie d’Œdipe raconte la progression dramatique, inéluctable et inconsciente vers la réalisation incestueuse, le mythe de Myrrha, dont la légende est racontée par Ovide dans Les métamorphoses, peut s’entendre comme une autre version du drame œdipien, version où l’accent est mis sur la culpabilité traumatique qui fait suite au crime d’inceste. Au travers d’une histoire clinique les auteurs de l’article illustrent ce que l’on pourrait appeler une « bascule mélancolique » du drame œdipien à l’adolescence, lorsque le système défensif se trouve débordé par le processus pubertaire, lequel devient alors potentiellement traumatique. |

| Summary, etc. | While the tragedy of Œdipus tells the dramatic, inevitable and unconscious progression towards incest, the myth of Myrrha, whose story is told by Ovid in Metamorphoses, can be understood as another version of the œdipal drama ; a version where the focus is on the traumatic guilt that follows the crime of incest. Using a clinical history this article illustrates what might be called a “melancholic shift” from the œdipal drama to adolescence when the defense system is overwhelmed by puberty, which becomes potentially traumatic. |
